In order to be at the top of our game, it’s safe to say that we need decent knowledge. Otherwise, you will only have a go at something with half a heart. As well know, doing something half-hearted will not get us anywhere. When it comes to real estate, it is important to gain as much knowledge as possible. The best way to do that is by reading! Here are my 3 recommended reads in order to become more knowledgable in real estate!

This book is a must have for any real estate investor. As seen on various forums and websites, this book helps you reach your full potential in your career. It will show you how to evaluate properties, increase your income through their tools of management, and achieve the wealth and cash flow you have always wanted in real estate!
2. “Sell with Soul: Creating an Extraordinary Career in Real Estate without Losing Your Friends, Your Principles or Your Self-Respect”, by Jennifer Allan
This book isn’t just a real estate novices guide to the market. This incredible read discusses the touchy subjects of commission, buyers, open houses, bidding wars, negotiating, and how to balance the way you handle all of these things. Not only all of this, but it reads like a novel so it wont bore you to death like many other self help real estate books.
3. “The Honest Real Estate Agent: A Training Guide for a Successful First Year and Beyond as a Real Estate Agent”, by Mario Jannatpour
Written by an active agent, this book goes over all of the obstacles that you will face coming straight out of real estate school. It is really a must have for anyone who is just starting out in real estate and I highly recommend it!
